Technology & Operations Efficiency Analyst

Job Description

Cabify is seeking a Global Tech Analyst to enhance the efficiency of its services and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, administering, maintaining, and improving technological solutions, utilizing both third-party tools and in-house developments within the operations area. This role also involves providing technical support to internal stakeholders, creating new workflows, and proposing internal changes to improve operational efficiency.

The Global Tech Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing Cabify's technology and operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Administering external tools such as Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and no-code platforms like Zapier.
• Managing internal tools developed by in-house product teams.
• Staying updated on the latest technological tools and trends.
• Coordinating the implementation of internal developments from design to production and quality control.
• Identifying potential improvements in configuration and processes.
• Building operational processes and resolving incidents.
• Implementing and managing the support model.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technological environments or a passion for technology.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in collaborative environments across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience administering tools such as Zendesk, Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Tymeshift, Zapier, Click Up, ATS, and Signaturit is highly valued.
• English language proficiency.
