Expert Clinical Research Scientist

Job Description

Legend Biotech is seeking an Expert Clinical Research Scientist to join their Clinical Development team. This role is crucial in supporting the development and lifecycle of drug development projects. The Clinical Research Scientist will collaborate with the Clinical Trial Lead/Medical Lead and Clinical Operations Lead to design and implement clinical trial protocols, manage sites and CROs.Role involves:

• Ensuring data review and cleaning activities meet quality standards.
• Collaborating with other functions to support clinical study planning and execution.
• Providing clinical input and strategic decision-making for trial planning and implementation.
• Contributing to the preparation and review of clinical documents.
• Providing clinical input for regulatory documents.
• Leading the planning and execution of external and internal stakeholder meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in life science with 6+ years, MS with 5+ years, or PharmD/PhD with 4+ years of pharma experience.
• CAR-T cell therapy experience is a plus.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts and negotiations.
• Collaborative with the ability to operate across multiple geographies.
• Good leadership & organizational skills, analytical skills, and presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skill and the ability to multitask.
• Computer literacy required (MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project).
• Oncology Therapeutic Experience preferred.
