Apollo.io, a leading go-to-market solution, is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join their Revenue Operations team. This role will support the Sales and Account Management teams by designing and managing operational processes to drive effectiveness, productivity, and scalable growth strategies across the post-sales organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, data-driven operations professional with experience in fast-paced, product-led, high-growth environments.What This Role Involves:
  • Partnering with Account Management and Sales leaders to drive pipeline growth.
  • Designing and managing territory carving and account balancing.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and activity hygiene metrics.
  • Leading forecasting processes and inspection cadences.
  • Building and continuously improving scalable sales processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related Revenue Operations role.
  • Experience working with Account Management and Customer Success teams.
  • Experience in a product-led company.
  • Experience in an early-stage, high-growth company.
