Job Description
Diligent, the AI leader in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment across the Americas region. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, and will work closely with hiring teams to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Role Involves:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for roles across various departments.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through multiple channels.
- Ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Scheduling interviews and supporting coordination efforts across time zones and teams.
- Partnering with internal teams to support hiring logistics, compensation alignment, and headcount tracking.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system.
- Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Using recruitment metrics and feedback to identify areas for process improvement.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruiting tools, workflows, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
- Experience hiring for a mix of technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong sourcing skills with a familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in a globally distributed team.
- Experience with ATS platforms.
- Willingness to support hiring teams across different time zones when needed.
