Data Base Specialist - Advisory Specialist

Job Description

Diligent is seeking a Data Base Specialist to join their team. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for executing and delivering Diligent’s solutions related to Entity Management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.Role involves:

• Delivering Professional Services throughout the customer journey.
• Assisting Customer Success and other stakeholders.
• Providing guidance to customers on best practices for solution rollout and project execution.
• Extracting and loading customer data.
• Engaging in the implementation process end-to-end.
• Configuring and implementing Diligent's products/solutions.
• Ensuring timely and quality delivery of services/solutions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing or consulting role.
• 3-5 years of advanced SQL skills.
• Knowledge of database structure language (SQL or T-SQL).
• Expert level data manipulation in spreadsheets (Excel, Access).
• Customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
