NeuraFlash is seeking a Managed Services Lead to redefine the future of business through AI and technologies like Agentforce. Post-launch, they’ve earned the distinction of being Salesforce’s #1 partner for Agentforce.This role involves serving customers as a Solution Architect, providing industry best practices, and leveraging Salesforce technology. The Managed Services Lead will drive continuous improvement, gather requirements, and lead managed services engagements. They will also be responsible for client onboarding, backlog management, and engagement status.

• Serve customers as a Solution Architect
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Lead 3 to 4 managed services engagements concurrently
• Define User Personas
• Write and groom User Stories
• Track consumption of budget per contract

Requirements:

• Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
• Solid understanding of the full Salesforce Platform
• 3-5+ years of hands on Salesforce platform experience
• Certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
• Strong written and oral communication
