Job Description
NeuraFlash, a leader in AI and Salesforce innovation, is seeking a Managed Services Lead. This role involves serving as a Solution Architect, providing industry best practices, and leveraging Salesforce technologies like Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The Managed Services Lead will translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, drive continuous improvement, and lead 3 to 4 managed services engagements concurrently, supported by consultants in India and Colombia. They will also own client and team onboarding activities, define user personas, write user stories, and track budget consumption.

Requirements include significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience, a solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform, 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, and strong communication skills. A Certified Salesforce.com Admin with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications is also required.
