The Managed Services Lead will serve customers as a Solution Architect, providing industry best practices and leveraging Salesforce technology. This role involves driving continuous improvement and innovation on long-term customer engagements.
Role Involves:
- Serving as a Solution Architect
- Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions
- Leading managed services engagements
- Defining User Personas and writing User Stories
- Tracking budget consumption
- Managing engagement status and customer communication
- Configuring the Salesforce platform
- Coaching junior team members
Requirements:
- Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform
- 3-5+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong communication skills
- Client-facing experience in pre-sales, project management, and solution delivery
- Experience writing user stories
- Salesforce.com Admin certification with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
