Salesforce Consultant

NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join its Service Cloud practice. The consultant will collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, define requirements, and design and implement Salesforce solutions. NeuraFlash is recognized as a leader in AI, Amazon, and Salesforce innovation. The company was selected as the only partner for the private beta prior to launch of Salesforce Agentforce. Post-launch, NeuraFlash earned the distinction of being Salesforce’s #1 partner for Agentforce.

Role involves:

• Defining requirements with customers and proposing solutions.
• Architecting and building Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning implementations.
• Configuring Salesforce solutions using point-and-click tools.
• Leveraging the Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions.
• Partnering with the Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions.
• Acquiring new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of project experience in a hands-on position.
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
• Understanding of Customer Service and Field Service Business Operations.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
• Experience building Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Salesforce Field Service Mobile App Extensions, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and SLAs/Entitlement Processes within Salesforce.
• Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Best Practices and Governance.
• Client Facing Experience in Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers, Enterprise Application Architecture.
