Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join their Service Cloud practice. The role involves collaborating with customers to understand their business needs, translate requirements into Salesforce designs, and implement solutions. The Solution Architect will work closely with the Service Cloud Practice Lead and the Artificial Intelligence Team to deliver innovative solutions.
Role involves:
- Facilitating business process reviews.
- Configuring Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Developing technical requirements and specifications.
- Driving UX design.
- Managing projects and customer communications.
- Delivering end-user training and documentation.
- Leading vision and strategy discussions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of project experience in technical consulting and project management.
- 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com).
- Expertise in designing Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce declarative configuration.
- Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics.
- Ability to document requirements for technical resources.
- Experience leading multiple Salesforce Project deployments.
- Professional experience owning the Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
