Salesforce Solution Architect

NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join its Service Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Service Cloud Practice Lead, collaborating with customers to understand their business needs, identify requirements, and design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions. NeuraFlash is recognized as a leader in AI, Amazon, and Salesforce innovation, particularly with Agentforce.

Role Involves:

• Facilitating business process reviews.
• Translating customer requirements into Salesforce designs.
• Configuring Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Developing technical requirements and specifications.
• Driving best practice UX design.
• Managing projects and customer communications.
• Delivering customer training and documentation.
• Leading vision and strategy discussions.
• Partnering with the Artificial Intelligence team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project experience in technical consulting and project management.
• 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com).
• Expertise in designing Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce declarative configuration.
• Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics (preferred).
• Ability to document requirements for technical resources.
• Experience leading multiple Salesforce Project deployments.
• Professional experience owning the end-to-end SDLC.
• Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
