Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Description

NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join its Service Cloud practice. The role involves collaborating with customers to understand their business needs, designing Salesforce solutions, and overseeing project implementations. The Solution Architect will work closely with the Service Cloud Practice Lead and the Artificial Intelligence Team to deliver innovative solutions.Responsibilities:

• Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into Salesforce designs.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Develop technical requirements and specifications.
• Drive best practice UX design.
• Manage projects and customer communications.
• Deliver customer training and documentation.
• Lead vision and strategy discussions.
• Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project experience in technical consulting and project management.
• 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com).
• Expertise in designing Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce declarative configuration.
• Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics preferred.
• Ability to document requirements for technical resources.
• Experience leading multiple Salesforce Project deployments.
• Professional experience owning the end-to-end SDLC.
• Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
