Pure Storage is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to support their Germany and Austria operations, based in Munich. This role involves a mix of office administration, facilities management, and IT/HR support, requiring excellent communication skills in both German and English. Role involves:
- Providing administrative support to the DE/AT managing director.
- Managing office vendors and deliveries.
- Scheduling and planning company events.
- Assisting with the Executive Briefing Centre (EBC).
- Providing on-site support for employee health and safety (EHS) activities.
- Managing keycard/security access.
- Assisting with IT-related issues.
- Supporting new hires with onboarding.
Requirements:
- College degree in business management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google office suite and SAP Concur.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Expert level written and verbal communications in German and English.
