Pure Storage is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to support their Germany and Austria operations, based in Munich. This role involves a mix of office administration, facilities management, and IT/HR support, requiring excellent communication skills in both German and English. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Role involves:
  • Providing administrative support to the DE/AT managing director.
  • Managing office vendors and deliveries.
  • Scheduling and planning company events.
  • Assisting with the Executive Briefing Centre (EBC).
  • Providing on-site support for employee health and safety (EHS) activities.
  • Managing keycard/security access.
  • Assisting with IT-related issues.
  • Supporting new hires with onboarding.

Requirements:
  • College degree in business management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google office suite and SAP Concur.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Expert level written and verbal communications in German and English.
