Job Description

The company is seeking a SDR Team Lead to manage and support sales development representatives. The role involves analyzing leads, managing sales data, conducting market research, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The SDR Team Lead will also be responsible for tracking activity in a CRM and reporting KPIs to leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing lead details and deciding lead qualification.
  • Managing SDR teams and ensuring targets are met.
  • Managing and organizing sales data.
  • Performing administrative tasks.
  • Conducting market research.
  • Supporting the sales team in revenue generation.
  • Tracking all activity in a CRM (Close.com).
  • Reporting KPIs to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years prior lead generation and lead qualification experience.
  • Experience with drafting email campaigns and sequences.
  • Proven leadership and process-building skills.
  • Ability to work in the US time zones.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English with a neutral accent.
