Job Description
Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Regional Director to join their Sales and Go-to-Market team. This role involves leading and developing a team of sales professionals, driving business growth, and fostering strong customer relationships. The Regional Director will report to the Regional Vice President and will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding Zscaler's market presence.
Role involves:
- Recruiting, hiring, and developing sales talent
- Coaching and motivating the sales team
- Understanding and solving customer pain points
- Creating and executing a business plan
- Acting as an executive sponsor for key partners
- Fostering a culture of DE&I
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales management experience in software or security
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Direct selling experience at the C-Level
- Professional fluency in German
- Established relationships with customers (preferred)
- Strategic sales planning experience (preferred)
