Cross Platform UI Lead (Frontend&Flutter)

Job Description

Logiwa is seeking a Cross Platform UI Lead (Frontend + Flutter) to join their team in Istanbul. This role involves taking responsibility for the productivity of the team and the quality of their work, balancing technical and people skills to coordinate activities across the software development lifecycle.Logiwa is a premier provider of warehouse management and fulfillment software, offering cloud-based solutions designed for modern business needs. Their Logiwa IO Fulfillment Management System is crafted to support businesses in various sectors, including B2C, DTC, and third-party logistics (3PL).Responsibilities:

• Implementing agile strategies
• Source code management and bug tracking software, especially Jira.
• Feature Branching with JIRA.
• Working with multiple branches to be able to publish different environments with modern CI/CD pipelines like Azure Devops, Gitlab etc.
• Architecting and defining the frontend framework to solve complex designs and interactions that reflect the creative and art direction provide
• Creating all coded Front-end deliverables
• Mentoring and guiding technical team members in all project activities on multiple small to medium sized projects or one large project
• Participating in developing supporting proposal materials for projects
• Participating in scoping and planning work
• Leading and managing a large team of frontend developers and flutter developers
• Being a thought leader in the frontend technologies and space.
• Leading the recruitment process of new frontend and flutter developers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience leading frontend/UI teams, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong hands-on development skills in Web (Angular TypeScript, Bootstrap, HTML5, SCSS) and Mobile (Flutter)
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Proficiency in consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Solid knowledge of GitLab workflows, including CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with component libraries, design systems, and code reuse strategies
• Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility
• Ability to work closely with Staff Engineering for architecture alignment, Backend teams for API integration and DevOps & SecOps for secure, reliable deployments
• Knowledge and experience about client-side performance issues
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and XML
• Experience with Git etc. version control systems
• Experience in tracking team OKRs, aligning work with business goals, and mentoring team members
• Willingness to be hands-on when needed, including code reviews, debugging, and prototyping
• Good command of written and spoken English
