Senior Product Manager - FinCrime

Aspire is seeking a Senior Product Manager for FinCrime to spearhead the strategy and execution of AML, fraud prevention, and security features. This role involves shaping Aspire’s risk stack, replacing legacy systems, and constructing scalable, intelligent products to safeguard customers during global expansion. • Taking ownership of Aspire’s FinCrime product roadmap.
• Driving execution of AML, fraud prevention, and security initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable risk platform.
• Developing a clear product vision aligned with business goals.
• Conducting analyses of customer behavior and fraud patterns.
• Creating product-driven features to enhance financial crime detection and prevention.
• Making data-driven decisions to prioritize initiatives.
• Owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Supporting build vs. buy assessments and managing vendor integrations.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of product management experience, with 3-5 in fintech, risk, fraud, or compliance.
• Proven success shipping complex products in regulated environments (US).
• Familiarity with AML and fraud detection systems.
• Strong data orientation and experience with risk/ML models.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure.
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bias for action and skepticism toward vendors.
• Experience in the US market; exposure to SEA or EU is a plus.
