Job Description
Research Partnership, part of Inizio Advisory, is seeking a Data Delivery & Dashboard Executive to join their new Data Delivery & Dashboards Team in India, based in Gurgaon. This role is part of the global Operations team and reports to the Data Processing Manager. The executive will support quantitative healthcare market research projects across global markets, focusing on data quality, transformation, and dashboard delivery.
Role Involves:
- Maintaining the pipeline for project data process flow using SurveyNav.
- Updating and managing Python utilities.
- Performing quality control checks on large datasets.
- Transforming and standardizing data files.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Managing the delivery of data files and dashboards.
- Collaborating with development, data processing, scripting, project management, and research teams.
- Maintaining documentation of processes and data transformation steps.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in data processing within a market research agency.
- Intermediate to high proficiency in Python and Postgres SQL database.
- Familiarity with Azure storage and pipelines, and basic DevOps principles.
- A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Some exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards is a bonus.
- Understanding of quantitative research methodologies and healthcare market research best practices.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
