Data Processing Executive

Job Description

Research Partnership, part of Inizio Advisory, is seeking a Data Processing Executive to join their newly established Data Processing Team in Gurugram, India. This role supports quantitative healthcare market research projects across global markets. The Data Processing Executive will be responsible for the accurate and timely production of tabulations and will work closely with research, project management, and scripting teams.

The role involves:

• Running and validating interim and final tabulations (uncoded and coded).
• Ensuring tabulations meet internal and client-specific requirements.
• Checking tabulated data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Supporting QA processes and documentation.
• Assisting in preparing raw datasets for processing.
• Liaising with the scripting/programming team.
• Providing input and feedback to optimize processes and outputs.
• Managing assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Maintaining clear documentation of tabulation processes.
• Supporting in updating project logs and workflow tracking systems.
• Continuously improving knowledge of data processing tools.

The ideal candidate should have:

• More than 2 years of experience in data processing within a market research agency.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in data tabulation software (preferably Q).
• Exposure to survey scripting tools and survey data structures.
• Understanding of quantitative research methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Logical thinking and ability to troubleshoot errors.
