Scripting Manager

Job Description

Research Partnership, part of Inizio Advisory, is seeking a Scripting Manager to join their new Scripting Team in Gurugram, India. This role involves setting up the scripting function, defining best practices, and establishing processes for scripting and data processing. The Scripting Manager will also manage Scripting Executives, script online surveys, and ensure data accuracy. This is a hybrid role based in Gurugram.Role Involves:

• Setting up the scripting and data processing function.
• Implementing new processes and policies.
• Supporting a transition from an outsourced model.
• Line management of Scripting Executives.
• Scripting and programming online surveys using Confirmit.
• Conducting rigorous testing of surveys.
• Cleansing and validating data.
• Managing workloads and delivery across projects.
• Liaising with internal clients.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data processing and scripting within a market research agency.
• Proficiency in Confirmit's scripting platform.
• Solid understanding of scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Experience with survey data formats (XML, CSV) and relational databases.
• Understanding of quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience working with senior and junior team members.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
