Job Description
Blacklane is seeking a Team Lead for Quality Management to be based in London or Berlin. This role is within the Partner Management team and collaborates with Brand, Communication, Marketing, and Training teams. The primary focus is to support and motivate chauffeurs to maintain quality standards and deliver excellent guest experiences. The role involves quality, training, and supplier management, serving as a key pillar for Blacklane’s quality standards.

Role involves:
  • Developing and executing a global Quality Management strategy.
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives for process improvement.
  • Designing and managing chauffeur incentive programs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align resources and innovate processes.

Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in quality management or supplier management.
  • People management experience with a track record of building and coaching teams.
  • Program/project management experience across multiple functions.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Data-driven mindset and good stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured and organized approach with attention to detail.
