Job Description

Twilio is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their Digital Sales Communications team. This role is crucial for enabling customers to build the future of communications within the Digital Sales segment. The Senior Solutions Engineer will focus on delivering the Technical Win and ensuring the best Product Fit for Twilio's customers.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will lead the technical pre-sales relationship, drive technical discovery, propose technical architectures, demonstrate the product, anticipate concerns, and offer creative solutions. They will build customer trust in Twilio’s solutions by engaging with mid-level managers and collaborating with customer software engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities.
  • Lead the technical and product sale, recommending best-practice solutions.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding customer technical pains.
  • Build and present interactive product demonstrations.
  • Be a hands-on, high-energy problem solver.
  • Take initiative to identify and solve problems.
  • Contribute to the broader Twilio Solutions Engineering community.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years pre-sales experience or 6+ years supporting technical products.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter.
  • Ability to build a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Previous software development experience.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish (Desired).
