Job Description

Ethos is seeking a Bot Quality Specialist to ensure the quality and effectiveness of its automated customer interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and optimizing automated experiences, including self-service flows, AI-powered chatbots, and automated email communications. Ethos is looking for someone detail-oriented, passionate about customer experience, and skilled in testing conversational interfaces and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and validate chatbot and automation workflows.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and user experience issues.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and CX teams to improve bot flows.
  • Conduct regression testing after updates.
  • Analyze conversation logs and user feedback.
  • Develop and maintain test cases and testing documentation.
  • Monitor bot performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in testing automation, chatbots, or conversational AI.
  • Experience with chatbot testing tools or automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer experience and usability testing principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer experience teams.
