Job Description
Eucalyptus is seeking a part-time Patient Support Specialist to join their team in Manila, Philippines, to provide support for their UK operations. Eucalyptus is a digital healthcare company focused on solving healthcare challenges through its various clinics.This role involves:
  • Supporting patients through various conditions via email and phone.
  • Collaborating remotely with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve products, processes, or services.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer care or equivalent.
  • An interest in healthcare and wellness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with computer skills and customer service software.
  • Willingness to work a late mid-shift schedule between 2 PM -1 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off
  • Experience in a healthcare company is a plus.
  • Experience in quality assurance and process assurance is a plus.
  • Experience handling English phone lines is a plus.
