FP&A Manager - Planning, Cash Flow, FX

Job Description

WPP is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their team in Mexico City. This role is crucial for providing financial analysis and support to drive informed decision-making across the organization. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and interpreting financial data, developing and owning financial models, and preparing reports. They will also collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide valuable insights into business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze large datasets for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare monthly management reports, quarterly trading analysis presentations, and board reporting materials.
• Perform variance analysis against forecasts and budgets, providing timely, value-driven insights.
• Support the monitoring of financial and business performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing FP&A processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or equivalent positions.
• Fully qualified in accounting qualification (or part qualified on way to full qualification).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex modelling, data manipulation, and visual representation of data.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience effectively communicating complex information and insights to senior stakeholders.
