Industrious is seeking a Community Manager, Tenant Experience to manage customer experience initiatives. The role involves planning, marketing, and executing engaging events for the building community. The Community Manager will curate content and distribute building-wide communications, ensuring impactful messaging. They will also ensure amenity spaces provide value and are easy to use. The ideal candidate will act as a model for all building staff, promoting an elevated service offering and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing dynamic programming plans.
- Managing all aspects of events including budgeting and vendor management.
- Creating and distributing building-wide communications.
- Managing the tenant experience mobile application.
- Negotiating local perks and partnerships.
- Assisting with the management of amenity space vendors.
- Ensuring amenity spaces are clean and maintained.
- Building strong bonds with tenants.
- Developing hospitality standards and operating procedures.
- Supporting leasing efforts.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in hospitality, event management, customer service, or business operations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to connect well with people.
- Passion for delighting customers.
- Adept at creating processes.
- Proficiency in Canva, G-Suite, Airtable/CRM platforms is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and carry up to 50lbs.
