Product Manager, Salesforce

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Product Manager (Salesforce) to join its Global Information Systems Team. The Product Manager will leverage best practices, understand internal customer needs, and translate them into actionable direction, working closely with development teams.

Role Involves:

• Building trusted relationships and managing stakeholders
• Product roadmapping & feature prioritization
• Understanding and documenting business processes, requirements, scenarios, pain points
• Facilitating in developing new business processes and identifying areas for optimization
• Analyzing and proposing new solutions to improve business performance
• Translating business requirements into instructions for technical teams
• Managing the agile development process
• Change management
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Contributing to the overall management and development of the IS Product Management Practice

Requirements:

• Demonstrated Product Management or Business Analyst experience in SaaS implementations
• Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders
• Intermediate knowledge of standard Salesforce features
• Proven success managing complex projects across multiple functional groups
• Experience with Agile Methodologies such as scrum
• Ability to drive decisions and positively influence team members
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to pivot and reprioritize
• Experience leading design workshops and proposing solutions
• Salesforce and Scrum Master certification preferred
