WiseEnergy is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to support finance asset management services for a major client across international locations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative finance professional with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The role involves managing finance operations, overseeing deliverables from outsourced service providers, and supporting the provision of financial services as the company scales. Reporting to the Finance Manager in London, the Senior Management Accountant will work with other accountants and professionals, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding tasks such as verifying documents and collating KYC information.
  • Accounting and reporting, including preparing and reviewing management accounts and financial statements.
  • Managing compliance trackers and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Assisting in ERP implementation and in-housing SPVs.
  • Managing relationships with auditors and overseeing the annual budget process.
  • Reviewing invoicing and payment processes, setting up bank accounts, and managing treasury activities.
  • Assisting in documenting and implementing systems and processes.
  • Maintaining tax compliance trackers and reviewing tax returns.
  • Collaborating with various WiseEnergy functions and client portfolio managers.

Requirements:

  • ACCA/ ACA/CA qualification or similar.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
  • Experience with multiple GAAPs (IFRS, US GAAP).
  • 3-4 years of finance experience.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite (advantageous).
  • Passion for process improvement.
  • Advanced business level English.
