Job Description
Research Partnership, part of Inizio Advisory, is seeking a Data Delivery & Dashboards Executive to join their new Data Management & Delivery Hub in Gurugram, India. This role supports quantitative healthcare market research projects across global markets. The Data Delivery & Dashboards Executive will report to the Data Processing Manager and will be responsible for assisting with quality checks on large datasets, ensuring data files are accurately transformed and standardized, and supporting the delivery of insightful dashboards. This is a great opportunity to develop skills in data management, quality assurance, and data visualization within a dynamic, global environment.
Role Involves:
- Maintaining the pipeline for project data process flow using Survey Nav platform.
- Updating python utilities when required.
- Managing and rectifying failures in the pipeline.
- Performing detailed quality control checks on datasets.
- Supporting the transformation and standardization of data files.
- Assisting in the creation, population, and maintenance of dashboards.
- Helping manage the delivery of data files and dashboards.
- Collaborating with internal teams.
- Maintaining documentation of processes.
- Engaging in training opportunities.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in data processing within a market research agency.
- Intermediate to high proficiency in Python.
- Intermediate proficiency in Postgres SQL database.
- Experience with Azure storage and pipelines.
- Basic DevOps principles.
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Understanding of quantitative research methodologies.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Logical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
