Job Description
Research Partnership, part of Inizio Advisory, is seeking a Data Processing Executive to join their newly established Data Processing Team in Gurugram, India. This role is crucial for supporting quantitative healthcare market research projects across global markets. The Data Processing Executive will report to the Data Processing Manager and will be responsible for the accurate and timely production of tabulations.
The role involves close collaboration with research, project management, and scripting teams to ensure seamless data flow and accurate outputs.
Responsibilities:
- Running and validating interim and final tabulations (uncoded and coded).
- Ensuring tabulations meet internal and client-specific requirements.
- Checking tabulated data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Supporting QA processes and documentation.
- Assisting in preparing raw datasets for processing.
- Liaising with the scripting/programming team.
- Working closely with research and project management teams.
- Providing input and feedback to optimize processes and outputs.
- Managing assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Maintaining clear documentation of tabulation processes.
- Supporting in updating project logs and workflow tracking systems.
- Continuously improving knowledge of data processing tools.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in data processing within a market research agency.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in data tabulation software (preferably Q, but Quantum or similar will be considered).
- Exposure to survey scripting tools and survey data structures is a plus.
- Experience working with survey data formats (e.g., XML, CSV).
- Understanding of quantitative research methodologies.
