Scripting Manager

Job Description

Research Partnership, part of Inizio Advisory, is seeking a Scripting Manager to join their new Scripting Team in Gurugram, India. The Scripting Manager will help set up the scripting function, working with stakeholders to define best practices and establish processes for scripting and data processing. The role involves managing actual scripting and supporting a transition from an outsourced model to a blended in-house approach.

Role Involves:

• Setting up the scripting and data processing function.
• Implementing new processes and policies.
• Supporting a transition from an outsourced model.
• Line management of Scripting Executives.
• Scripting and programming online surveys using the Confirmit platform.
• Conducting rigorous testing of surveys.
• Cleansing and validating data.
• Managing workloads of the team.
• Liaising with internal clients.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in a data processing and scripting role within a market research agency.
• Proficiency in using Confirmit’s scripting platform.
• Solid understanding of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with survey data formats.
• Understanding of quantitative research methodologies.
• Demonstrable experience of working with senior and junior team members.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
