Solution Architect

Job Description

Airtable is seeking a Solution Architect to join their Professional Services organization. In this role, the individual will partner with clients, the Services team, and Account teams to design and deliver transformative solutions using the Airtable platform. They will advise on business processes, shape data governance models, and create implementation plans to help customers realize value from Airtable. As a founding member of the Solutions Architecture Team, the candidate will play a crucial role in shaping key processes and organizational structure as the company scales.Role involves:

• Partnering with Engagement Managers to validate scope.
• Understanding client business processes and advising on Airtable integration.
• Advising customers on data governance models.
• Developing solution architecture designs and implementation plans.
• Providing technical guidance and support.
• Managing project plans.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of solution engineering, consulting, or implementation experience with Enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of database design and governance best practices.
• Understanding of business workflows and process mapping tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 3-4 years of experience in a professional services or consulting role.
• Strong project management capabilities.
