Requirements:
- Experience managing high-performing software development teams.
- Exceptional competence in setting and achieving team goals.
- Expertise in defining and tracking team metrics.
- Mastery of mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to influence a diverse audience.
- Experience in managing product technical debt.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a software developer.
