Workleap is seeking a Software Development Manager to provide leadership and align teams to deliver value. Role Involves:
- Defining high technical standards and making architectural decisions.
- Guiding the long-term technical vision and adopting emerging technologies.
- Fostering a culture of innovation and leveraging AI.
- Supervising the entire software lifecycle.
- Mentoring and managing developers.
- Collaborating with product and design teams on roadmaps.
- Encouraging a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Managing delivery timelines, team capacity, and priorities.
Requirements:
- Experience managing high-performing software development teams.
- Exceptional competence in setting and achieving team goals.
- Expertise in defining and tracking team metrics.
- Mastery of mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to influence a diverse audience.
- Experience in managing product technical debt.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a software developer.
