Job Description
FLYR is seeking a Sales Director to join their team in the Middle East. This role involves attracting and closing new customers by understanding their business needs and translating them into FLYR's solutions. The Sales Director will report to FLYR’s VP Global Sales and will be responsible for sales in Middle East geographies.

Role Involves:
  • Establishing a deep understanding of target customers’ business needs.
  • Building a qualified pipeline of new client opportunities.
  • Formulating winning proposals based on a cohesive strategy.
  • Maintaining FLYR CRM systems and providing regular forecasting updates.
  • Building proactive demand generation initiatives in partnership with marketing.
  • Attending industry events to represent FLYR.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of recent enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred).
  • Proven track record of identifying clients and closing deals in a complex, high ACV sales environment.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with clients in the Middle East.
  • Unyielding integrity and high ethical standards.
  • Ability to handle objections and find positive conclusions.
