Betsson Group is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their award-winning team in Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both Spanish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone. They will collaborate with the team to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and meet key performance indicators. Betsson offers a hybrid work model, allowing employees to work from home 2 days a week.
Role Involves:
- Assisting Spanish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone
- Collaborating with the team to achieve optimal customer satisfaction
- Translating promotional texts and customer surveys
- Managing customer accounts efficiently
- Adhering to company policies regarding player safety and responsible gaming
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Background in customer service
- Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
