Product, Design & Research - Senior UX Researcher

Job Description

Betsson Group is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their Product Development team in Malta. The ideal candidate will be passionate about user experience and thrive in a collaborative environment. This role involves defining, planning, and conducting user research and testing, working closely with product and customer experience teams to deliver data-driven insights.

The role involves:

• Defining research objectives and recommending methodologies
• Developing research plans and coordinating research activities
• Collecting and analyzing user behavior using various methods and tools
• Presenting research findings to cross-functional teams
• Documenting processes and maintaining a research insights repository
• Mapping and optimizing user journeys
• Collaborating with stakeholders to build a research roadmap
• Assisting with competitor benchmarking and market research

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in a Research role
• BA/BS in a human behavior-related field
• Applied knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Coding experience in R, SQL, SPSS, or Python is an asset
• Experience with remote usability testing and User Testing Platforms & Market Research tools
• Experience in planning and conducting end-to-end usability research
• Passion for the gaming/sports betting industry
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in helping establish a culture of evidence driven decision making
