Sr. Financial Analyst - FP&A - GTM Funnel and Product Lead Growth - West

Job Description

Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team. This role will focus on financial insights related to the lead funnel, spanning marketing and product-led growth. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Director of FP&A.Responsibilities:

• Own financial analysis related to Smartsheet’s lead funnel across Marketing and Product-generated sources.
• Build models and dashboards that connect funnel data to financial outcomes.
• Provide forward-looking insights to guide marketing spend and customer acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret trends and ensure data alignment.
• Partner with FP&A leadership to support forecast inputs and scenario planning.
• Guide process improvements around how lead funnel data is collected and used.
• Synthesize findings into executive-ready insights and presentations.

Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a data-focused finance role; SaaS industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics such as CAC, LTV, pipeline conversion, and ROI analysis.
• Demonstrated experience working with large data sets.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial planning tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
