Job Description
TaskHuman is seeking a Product Operations & Customer Support Specialist to provide support for product operations and customer satisfaction. This role requires a versatile individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams. The Product Operations & Customer Support Specialist will work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure organization, efficiency, and responsiveness as the company scales.Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting client launches and collaborating with CSMs
  • Managing and organizing cross-functional projects
  • Assisting with program and content uploads
  • Responding to user inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
  • Troubleshooting and escalating issues
  • Tracking customer trends and issues
  • Maintaining organization and documentation
  • Supporting translated content and region-specific needs
Requirements include:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Ability to work US hours schedule as needed
  • Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment
  • 2+ years of administrative, client service, or customer support experience
  • Command of project management and CRM tools (ClickUp, Iterable, and HubSpot experience desirable)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task with numerous deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Genuine interest in the mission of TaskHuman
