TaskHuman is seeking a Product Operations & Customer Support Specialist to provide support for product operations and customer satisfaction. This role requires a versatile individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams. The Product Operations & Customer Support Specialist will work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure organization, efficiency, and responsiveness as the company scales.Responsibilities include:
- Supporting client launches and collaborating with CSMs
- Managing and organizing cross-functional projects
- Assisting with program and content uploads
- Responding to user inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
- Troubleshooting and escalating issues
- Tracking customer trends and issues
- Maintaining organization and documentation
- Supporting translated content and region-specific needs
Requirements include:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
- Ability to work US hours schedule as needed
- Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment
- 2+ years of administrative, client service, or customer support experience
- Command of project management and CRM tools (ClickUp, Iterable, and HubSpot experience desirable)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task with numerous deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
