Job Description
Horizons is seeking a Global Mobility Account Executive to drive growth and revenue in the EMEA region. This role involves acquiring and managing new mobility opportunities, working closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will identify prospects, nurture relationships, and close high-impact deals that address clients' mobility needs.Horizons is building the infrastructure to power borderless teams. By handling global payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance, its technology enables businesses to hire anyone anywhere compliantly at the push of a button.
Responsibilities: - Identify and close opportunities to drive mobility solutions sales across EMEA.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Proactively generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into opportunities.
- Work closely with other AEs and support teams to drive mobility adoption and growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regional regulatory changes.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for mobility solutions across EMEA.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
- Partner with the Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements: - 3 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive.
- A deep understanding of the EMEA region.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional EMEA languages is a plus.
