BDA is seeking a Global Sourcing Coordinator in Manila, Philippines, to manage day-to-day order processes. This role involves developing sales orders, generating purchase orders, and directing quality through product testing and inspections. The Coordinator will manage order scope changes and ensure timely invoicing. Communication with the North America Import Team, Account Managers, Client Services Coordinators, and clients is crucial for providing order status updates and addressing potential issues.Responsibilities:
  • Support the North America Import team.
  • Place, update, and receive Purchase Orders.
  • Track orders and projects.
  • Update Project Trackers.
  • Book, track, and report on product testing and goods inspections.
  • Enrich sales orders and generate purchase orders in Oracle EBS.
  • Direct day-to-day order processes, including timelines, quality, proof approvals, shipping, and tracking.
  • Manage order scope changes.
  • Ensure orders are invoiced within 2 business days of order shipping.
  • Communicate timely order status to relevant teams and clients.
  • Proactively manage OOR and provide issue solutions.
  • Complete internal documents as required.
  • Partner with various BDA departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Fulfill PSA 1 level tasks and support accounts with complexity level 1.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting a fast-paced department.
  • Previous experience in a buying team preferred.
  • 1+ years in supporting salespeople.
  • 1+ years in customer service management.
  • 1+ years in project management.
  • 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience with Oracle and Smartsheet a plus.
  • Experience in promotional/branded merchandise &/or international business a plus.
  • Experience in product compliance and product quality / inspections a plus.
  • Excellent English language skills.
