Job Description
League is seeking a Principal, Solutions Engineering to join their pre-sales team. In this role, the individual will partner with Strategic Account Directors to showcase League’s platform capabilities and understand prospective customers’ business and digital requirements. The Principal will design digital consumer experiences, align platform capabilities to business value, visualize health experiences, and partner with cross-functional teams to turn strategies into action plans.

Requirements:
- 7-10+ years Solutions Engineering / Pre-Sales experience
- 10-15+ years total professional experience
- Deep healthcare (specifically Payer) industry experience
- Experience in leading solution architecture and software demonstrations
- Platform-as-a-Service or Software-as-a-Service experience
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree equivalent
