Job Description

Dott, the European champion of shared micro-mobility formed by the merger of TIER and Dott, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and inspire a growing team in elevating supply chain operations. The Supply Chain Manager will shape and execute a cohesive strategy that ensures the right parts are in the right place, at the right time, with efficiency, accuracy, and minimal waste. He will take ownership of inventory management across all markets, guide the development and optimization of supply planning processes, and be a key voice in cross-functional collaboration.

The role involves:

  • Leading and developing a team of supply chain specialists and a warehouse manager.
  • Shaping the Supply Chain Roadmap by defining priorities and setting objectives.
  • Designing and implementing a company-wide inventory management strategy.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of supply chain master data.
  • Collaborating with local market teams, procurement, finance, and commercial functions.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance tools, systems, and processes.
  • Leveraging data and KPIs to monitor performance and identify risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, including team leadership and strategy development.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, inventory management, or logistics in a multi-market context.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong project management capabilities with a track record of successful cross-functional initiatives.
  • Fluent in English; Polish is a strong advantage.
