Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a System Administrator to manage and support its IT infrastructure. The System Administrator will collaborate with IT experts and end-users to ensure smooth system operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security. Zenoti is a company that provides an all-in-one, cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry.
Role involves:
- Performing server installation, configuration, and maintenance on Windows servers.
- Troubleshooting Windows 11 issues.
- Managing Active Directory and Group Policy deployment.
- Integrating Azure-AD with on-prem Active Directory.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Aruba, Cisco, and Ruckus networks.
- Implementing and managing Firewall solutions and VPNs.
- Providing technical support to end-users.
- Managing user accounts and permissions.
- Fixing non-compliance issues in Intune.
- Implementing security best practices.
- Creating and maintaining documentation.
- Setting up alerts and monitoring systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, and Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Aruba, SIEM, Palo Alto Global Protect, and Firewalls.
- Proficiency in system and network administration tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of security best practices and protocols.
