Anaplan is seeking a Principal Product Utilization and Adoption to join their Operational Excellence Group. This role is crucial for ensuring users are empowered and successful with Anaplan's products, especially AXL. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product capability and user adoption, ensuring users understand how to use features effectively to drive outcomes.
Role involves:
Defining and championing user enablement and adoption strategies.
Developing frameworks for onboarding and feature walkthroughs.
Assisting in the strategy and execution of in-product instructions.
Training product, customer success, support, and sales teams.
Defining success metrics related to enablement and adoption.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in user enablement, product adoption, or customer success.
Deep understanding of business processes.
Experience designing and deploying in-product onboarding programs.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Proven track record of driving adoption and engagement.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms or planning tools (AXL experience a plus).
