What this role involves:
  • Overseeing the end-to-end ecosystem operations of the platform token.
  • Driving token utility expansion.
  • Designing and executing token-related campaigns.
  • Monitoring token market performance and on-chain data.
  • Exploring collaboration opportunities with DeFi protocols and GameFi projects.
  • Aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Leading the operations team, setting OKRs/KPIs, and ensuring high-quality execution.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related field.
  • Solid years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or trading technology.
  • Technical background in blockchain or smart contract development.
  • Existing connections with DeFi protocols, GameFi communities, or exchange core user groups.
  • Proven success in driving token value growth.
  • Data-driven and user-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
