BDA is seeking a Human Resources Operations Specialist to support the entire employee lifecycle. This role acts as an ambassador to the company's culture and helps to foster a positive employee experience. She will be responsible for:
- Supporting recruitment efforts, including job ad posting, candidate selection, and interviewing.
- Coordinating onboarding activities, including documentation, background checks, and new hire correspondence.
- Managing user accounts, access, and employee information on HRIS.
- Processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll through ADP.
- Running regular reports for data analytics and trends.
To be considered for the role, candidates should have:
- 1+ years of experience in HR Administration
- 1+ years of experience Recruiting in agency or corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration
- Proven experience working in ADP Workforce Now
- Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
