Job Description
Carta is seeking a Senior Manager in Pricing Strategy & Execution to join their GTM Strategy team. This role supports all three business units: Corporations, Venture Capital, and Private Equity. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and refining pricing and packaging strategies, conducting pricing experiments, and partnering with Product and GTM teams to align pricing with customer value delivery. They will also build and maintain pricing models, analyze customer behavior, and lead annual price reviews.

Requirements:

  • Strategic mind and robust analytical skill set
  • Strong execution ability
  • High intellectual horsepower and EQ
