BDA is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Business Partner to join their L&D Department. This role involves working collaboratively with a growing team to proactively address learning needs across the organization. The Senior L&D Business Partner will play a key role in developing, creating, implementing, and maintaining a robust learning culture at BDA. This person will contribute to the growth of BDA associates and be an influential partner with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and champion a learning culture at BDA.
  • Assess, design, and deliver needed training and resources in partnership with the L&D team.
  • Review existing curricula and propose learning solutions to align with business needs.
  • Support current and future initiatives by developing customized training solutions and facilitating sessions.
  • Identify learning needs across the business and develop solutions to meet prioritized needs.
  • Develop and grow stakeholder partnerships to understand and meet learning needs.
  • Create and maintain learning curricula and materials and monitor completion status.
  • Facilitate training for various cohorts and conduct follow-up to ensure learning outcomes.
  • Partner with the L&D team to identify, certify, and coach trainers.
  • Utilize Adobe Learning Management System and ensure data integrity.
  • Source external vendors and contribute to negotiation and contracting.
  • Oversee life cycle management of learning programs.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to apply adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a full-time Learning and Development role.
  • LMS, Digital Learning Design, or Facilitation certification required or in progress.
  • Experience in design and facilitation of L&D initiatives on multiple platforms.
  • LMS experience.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Articulate, Captivate, or other L&D authoring platform experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the training lifecycle.
  • Project management experience of monitoring and improving learning programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and coach others through change.
