Senior UX Designer

Job Description

PlayStation is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their Partner Platform team in London. This role focuses on shaping the future of the PlayStation Partners platform, used by game developers and publishers globally. The Senior UX Designer will be embedded in a cross-functional product development team, working to understand user needs, deliver designs, and collaborate with developers.

Role involves:

• Crafting design solutions from concept to release.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UX/Digital Product Design experience on Enterprise/B2B software.
• Experience in the entire design process.
• Strong UX design skills (IAs, user flows, UI components).
• Familiarity with web design patterns and standards.
• Experience working with software product teams.
• Experience in Service Design.
• Experience running User Research Interviews and Usability Tests.
• Experience leading Workshops and Group Design Sessions.
• Great communication skills.
• Excellent soft skills.
• A portfolio showcasing work and design process.
