Job Description

PlayStation is seeking an experienced Producer to join Naughty Dog in Santa Monica, CA. Naughty Dog has a long history of crafting best-selling, critically acclaimed games. The Producer will play a crucial role in defining processes, requirements, and infrastructure to support projects through launch and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of game development complexities and a track record of building processes to help teams achieve their highest potential within cinematic production.

What this role involves:

• Working with creative teams to ensure clear information flows within assigned pipelines.
• Building and maintaining project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Communicating frequently and effectively with key collaborators on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensuring cross-department visibility and tracking dependencies.
• Contributing to the development and refinement of shared production processes.
• Serving as a mentor and providing leadership to new and existing production team members.
• Working with the tools team to advance the development of production-related software.
• Maintaining awareness of game status through regular play sessions and evaluating project scope.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of video game development, software development processes, and project management practices.
• 3+ years of experience in a production role supporting cross-functional teams in AAA projects.
• Experience working with designers and cross-discipline pipelines.
• Expertise in common Production methodologies and software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with creative and methodical problem-solving skills.
